I met my best friend at my age of 11 , he was once the best friend in my life. But we broke off after one incident happened that made me really uncomfortable. The incident happened when I was a fifth grade student. There was a shelf in our classroom and it was so high that we couldn’t touch it. Our teacher put many things on it, including a pink flower vase which her mother had given long time ago. She always cautioned us not to approach to the shelf. One day, my friend and I were waiting for the teacher. As a result of boring, we decided to look for something fresh. We saw a toy car that put on the top of the shelf. I wanted to take it but it was too high, so I grabbed the edge of the shelf. When my right hand took the pole of the shelf, my left hand collided with the vase at the same time and it broken into pieces. I didn’t have enough time to get nervous as soon as my teacher came in the classroom. She found that the pieces of vase spread out the ground, and raged at all the students. She asked us who did this and said that she would punish the one who broke the vase. At that moment, I felt my heart beating and my friend told to the teacher that all I did unexpectedly. I couldn’t believe he would betray me, but I didn’t blame on him. Instead, I thought that my teacher was my teacher’s fault in the incident. She shouldn’t put the vase at the dangerous place, and shouldn’t even more put the car to tempt us…I thought that I was innocent. After this incident I also estranged with my friend because I don’t want a friend that will tip off and forsake me.

Homesickness
Homesickness is like a cup of coffee. Coffee has several different tastes at the same time just like we have many kinds of feelings when we are homesick. The first time we left home, being separated with our family, to go to another country to study or work, we felt awful and helpless in the beginning. The feelings are like the bitter of coffee. After taking some sips, it may taste a little bit sour. The taste of sour symbolizes our loneliness in our deep heart. Finally, we can feel the taste of sweet in our mouth. Though homesickness makes us feel upset, helpless and lonely, it also makes us know the importance of cherishing the love between each family member. From bitter, sour to sweet, the process represents our emotional change which is due to homesickness.
